I recently purchased a Transit Custom from B&S Heritage and the process was extremely quick and easy. Despite being busy Craig pushed the sale through in great time.
Furthermore - a week or so into ownership I had an issue with the clutch which the team sorted out promptly and was all covered by the warranty.

Purchased a van in April. Mark was easy to deal with and put you under no pressure at all. The van was exactly as advertised. Before and after the sale all my questions and queries got answered and when I phoned the phone always got answered. I also received after sales calls to make sure I was happy and the warranty was explained in full. The van developed a fault with the aircon in June, I phoned the warranty company who were polite, helpful and friendly and most importantly they covered the full cost of the repair. It make a pleasant change to deal with honest, reliable and trustworthy people in the motor trade. I would definitely recommend this company without any hesitation.

I have just bought an MG ZR 160 from this dealer and must say that it restored my faith in human nature. From the first phone call, Mark Baxter delivered impeccable customer service. The advert stated all inspections welcome and I was delighted to find that, not only was this true, but Mark also agreed to take the car to an MG specialist some miles away for an mot (at his expense) so they could give me their opinion of the car. Mark volunteered a couple of small jobs the car needed and that he would do. The car was immaculately presented for sale and nothing was too much trouble for him. This included collecting me from home to pick up the car! Thoroughly professional I was given unbeatable service with warmth and sincerity. A great experience, many thanks. We bought a van from them in April 2019. They responded to emails and calls quickly and were very accommodating. They organised for the upholstery of a seat, and a piece of exterior trim, to be repaired and replaced before we picked up the van. They explained their new warranty well and provided great after sales support. We found them to be honest, professional and reliable. Would buy from them again.
